So many fears...

So many fears live inside me.
I open my mouth to scream and
nothing escapes.
I am in a fog, a storm, a cloud of
doubt and delusion.
My heart is open and raw with emotions.
Amida's kindness is here in the midst of all that I am.   Amida is here.
